Born To Smile, an NGO pivoted on finding the roots and the expedient methods of tackling poverty. Its vision entails positive impacts towards education, sports, healthcare and empowerment. In 2009, Born To Smile commenced voluntarily. It needed a legal entity as it started working with different organizations and NGOs in CSR projects. Earlier in 2015, it got registration as a social consultancy firm in Bangladesh. In 2017, it was registered as an International NGO named as Born To Smile Europe e.V in Dortmund, Germany.

The association Born To Smile Europe e.V. is for the promotion of development cooperation after the last of us received exemption decision of the tax office Dortmund-Hörde, No. 315/5790/2759, from 25.09.2019 under § 5 para. 1 No. 9 of the Corporation Tax Act of the corporate tax (KStG) and § 3 No. 6 of the Trade Tax Act (GewStG) exempted from tax.
